Please make sure that you place your order for a new voucher at least three (3) business days before your account's current expiration date. We do not guarantee timely recharge for vouchers ordered less than three business days before the expiration date.
All unused minutes on your existing Inmarsat prepaid account will be preserved and carried over ONLY if the new voucher is applied to your account BEFORE the expiration date of the current voucher.
You can purchase a prepaid voucher only if you have an Inmarsat prepaid SIM-card from SATTRANS. We cannot reload minutes on other providers' SIM-cards. If you don't have an account with Sattrans, you can purchase a new IsatPhone Prepaid Plan.
